Before first use:
Roll the play mat in the opposite direction, then lay it flat to allow it to relax.

To care for the XL mat:
Clean it using only lukewarm water and/or mild soap. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Detergents, solvents, waxes and other products must not be used.

Heavy and/or sharp objects, as well as pets’ paws and/or claws, can damage the mat.

Any order placed before midday is dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

• DPD Predict: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch (€12.90 incl. VAT in mainland France).
• Chrono International Classic: 2 to 5 days for Europe (€25 incl. VAT)
• FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery to Switzerland (€45 incl. VAT).

For returns, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to send it back to us. You are responsible for the return postage costs, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund. For further information, click here
