The Tapilou is available in a standard size of 135 cm x 90 cm. This generous size provides ample space for your child to play, explore and relax freely. And when folded, it measures 45 cm x 45 cm.
How to maintain it?
To maintain your Tapilou, we recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals and strong detergents. You can also store it in itstote bagwhen you are not using it to protect it from dust and damage.
What materials are used to make the foldable tapilou?
The Tapilou is made withhigh qualitymaterials. It is filled with non-toxic polyethylene foam and covered with Oekotex® certified fabric to ensure the safety and comfort of your child.
Can I use it outside?
Yes, you can use your Tapilou outdoors! Our play mat is designed to be versatile and hard-wearing, making it suitable for outdoor adventures. The Tapilou XL is made withhigh qualitymaterials with anon-toxic TPU fabric(thermoplastic polyurethane). It does not contain any chemicals and is carefully tested in the laboratory to ensure that it meets safety standards.

What is the size of the bath mat?
The bath mat is available in a standard size of 100 cm x 40 cm. This size provides enough space for your baby to be comfortable during bath time.
How to maintain it?
To care for your bath mat, wash it at 30°C in the washing machine, using the gentle cycle and rolling the print towards the 'interior.
After use, hang it to dry using the included hooks.

We deliver our products to France and Europe at the moment. Please note that delivery times and charges may vary depending on destination.

The delivery time in Metropolitan France is 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment.

RETURN AND REFUND
Can I return the Tapilou if I am not satisfied?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us. The return costs are your responsibility, but we offer you the possibility of exchangingyour item or obtaining a refund.
To make an exchange or refund, contact us at contact@tapilou.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
