Parcels are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment.

DELIVERY VIA DPD - 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS

They are shipped via DPD with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.

For added flexibility, you will be alerted by SMS or email when your package is delivered, and you can change the day and/or address if you are not home.

⚠️ Delivery to countries subject to customs fees: In accordance with international customs regulations, customs fees are the responsibility of the end customer (recipient). Unfortunately, we cannot know the exact amount of these fees in advance, as it depends on several factors (order value, customs regulations of the destination country, other applicable taxes and import duties). In case of refusal of the package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.

If this order is a gift, you will only be able to exchange it.

If it is an exchange for the same product, the new shipping costs will be refunded upon simple request to contact@tapilou.com .
