Packages are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment.

DELIVERY VIA DPD - 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS

They are shipped via DPD with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.

For added flexibility, you will be notified by text or email regarding the delivery of your package, and you can change the date and/or address if you are unavailable.

⚠️Delivery to countries subject to customs duties: In accordance with international customs regulations, customs duties are the responsibility of the final customer (recipient). Unfortunately, we cannot know the exact amount of these fees in advance, as they depend on several factors (order value, customs regulations of the destination country, and other import taxes and duties that may apply). If the package is refused, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return shipping costs are at your expense and we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, bath mat-type products must not be used. Any product that has been used cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If this order is a gift, you may only process an exchange.

If this is an exchange for the same product, the new shipping costs will be refunded to you upon simple request to contact@tapilou.com.
