      • 100% Oekotex coated polyester fabric: Class 1 (the safest and most demanding certification) which certifies the absence of toxic products.
      • Certified to standard NF EN 71.1, 71.2 and 71.3
      • The shades and printing of the graphic designs vary from one product to another, making each piece unique

    • MAINTENANCE

      The coated fabrics of Tapilou play mats can be cleaned with a simple soft brush and water.

      Detergents, solvents, waxes and other products should be avoided.

      Heavy and/or sharp objects, but also the paws and/or claws of animals can deteriorate or damage the carpet.

      If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.

    • DELIVERY & RETURNS

      Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).

      Delivery:

      • DPD predicts: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch at €8.90 including tax in mainland France.
      • GLS: 2 to 5 days for Europe at 15€ including tax
      • FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery in Switzerland at €25 including tax.

      For returns, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us. The return costs are your responsibility, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.
