The coated fabrics used in Tapilou play mats can be cleaned with a soft brush and water.

Detergents, solvents, waxes and other products should not be used.

Heavy and/or sharp objects, as well as animal paws and/or claws, can damage or wear down the mat.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Delivery:

• DPD Predict: 1 to 2 business days from shipment at €8.90 including tax in mainland France.
• GLS: 2 to 5 days for Europe at €15 including tax
• FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery in Switzerland at €25 including tax.

For returns, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to send it back to us. Return costs are your responsibility, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.
